Refunds & Returns
If you would like to cancel an order for 3D printed items you will need to do this within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, if we receive this request outside of this time frame then we will only be able to offer a partial refund of 50% this is to account for time and materials invested as all items are made to order
For all pre-ordered TCG items you have 1 week before the release date of the product to cancel your pre-order after this time we will not accept any returns or requests for a cancellations.
If you receive a 3d printed item and you would like to return it for a refund then your item must adhere to the below conditions:
- all items must be unassembled and not removed from the printing supports
- all items must not be painted or primed in anyway
